We ship throughout the United States via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. You will be charged actual shipping/handling charges. If you order multiple items the actual cost of shipping per item is most often less, excluding orders for large vases. The shipping/handling costs are shown upon checkout. All of our shipping/handling charges include insurance for the full value of each item. We will ship your order within three business days of receipt of your order. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you of any shipping delays.
Since we are located in St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands and one of the world´s most well-known duty-free ports, there are no sales taxes on items purchased through Laska Bohemian Wares.
If you are dissatisfied with any purchase, you may simply return the item in its original condition within ten (10) days after receipt. A full refund less fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price as a restocking charge will be credited to you account only WHEN WE HAVE RECEIVED THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. Laska Bohemian Wares is not responsible for postage on return merchandise.

We will replace at no additional cost any damaged merchandise upon full compliance with the procedures listed below.
We are very careful in packaging our merchandise and take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. Every package leaves our hands packaged to our Carrier´s specifications and based upon our experience with our Carrier. If you suspect upon delivery that your glassware is damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT IT FROM THE CARRIER. The following is required on all websites that ship with major carriers, ´SHOULD YOU THINK OR SUSPECT THAT YOUR GLASSWARE IS DAMAGED- DO NOT ACCEPT IT FROM THE CARRIER.´ Contact the carrier immediately upon refusal of the package and make sure you get a claim number from the carrier. Please contact us immediately with that claim number.
If you have accepted your package, please open the package upon receipt and immediately inspect the contents. If upon inspection you see that, despite our best efforts in packaging, your order has arrived damaged, we ask that you please follow the instructions outlined below:
